Channel 304 News is an adult-industry news publication. It is not a “producer,” primary or secondary, of any visual content within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
Channel 304 News does not create, film, photograph, commission, upload, or host sexually explicit visual depictions. Any visual content that appears on this site is displayed through third-party embeds of posts published on and hosted by X (formerly Twitter). That content remains on X’s servers and is controlled by the original account holders and X, which are responsible for any applicable record-keeping obligations.
Because this site does not produce or host the depicted content, it does not maintain records under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 for that content. Questions about records for embedded content should be directed to the original poster or to X.
All persons depicted in content embedded on this site are represented by the publishing platform’s rules as being 18 years of age or older. If you believe any embedded content depicts a minor or was posted without consent, please use the DMCA & Content Removal process and report it directly to X.
