Channel 304 News respects intellectual property and personal privacy. Visual content on this site is embedded from X (formerly Twitter) and is hosted by X, not by us.
Fastest way to remove embedded content
Because embedded posts are hosted on X, removing the post on X (or having X remove it) automatically removes it from this site. Report copyright infringement or non-consensual content directly to X through its Help Center reporting forms.
Requesting removal from our pages
You may also ask us to remove an embed or article reference. A request should include:
- Your full name and contact information.
- The URL(s) of the page(s) on Channel 304 News containing the material.
- Identification of the copyrighted work or a description of the privacy/consent concern.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
A dedicated contact form for removal requests is being set up and will be linked here. Until then, please submit requests through X’s reporting tools, which result in removal from this site as well.
Counter-notices and repeat infringers
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). We will remove references to content that is the subject of valid notices.
Minors and non-consensual content
Content involving minors or shared without consent is removed upon notice without exception. Report child sexual abuse material to the NCMEC CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org).
