In brief: Sheena Sittner, a St. Louis-area substitute teacher suspended in September over her OnlyFans account, says the publicity pushed her earnings to nearly $25,000 in about a week and a half, IBTimes UK reported, citing The Washington Post and local radio.

Her employer suspended her over the account, and she says the news coverage then brought in more subscribers.
Sheena Sittner, 42, who works under her own name on the platform, said she made nearly $25,000 on OnlyFans in about 10 days after news of her suspension spread, IBTimes UK reported. She said on St. Louis radio’s The Rizzuto Show that her subscribers went from about 20 to possibly more than 1,000. These figures are her own; we have not seen independent confirmation of her earnings.
By IBTimes’ math, her $25,000 is roughly 179 days of her classroom pay of about $140 a day.
The suspension
Emails she shared show Kelly Education, which placed her in Parkway School District classrooms, suspended her pending termination, according to the report. She told The Washington Post a manager cited reports of her OnlyFans activity. On air, she said none of her material involved students or school grounds.
The backlash women receive for doing online content, it’s absolutely awful
That quote is from The Washington Post’s coverage, as quoted by IBTimes. Kelly Education said student safety is its top priority. A Parkway spokesman said the district would treat Sittner like any other parent.
Detroit-area First Amendment lawyer Corey Silverstein told the Post that dismissals over such accounts are rising and that more contracts now include side-work clauses. Missouri has seen this before: in 2023, St. Clair High School English teacher Brianna Coppage resigned after being suspended over her OnlyFans page, as the same report recalls.
She lost a $140-a-day job and, by her account, earned four figures a day on OnlyFans afterward. Not every suspended teacher will get the same result.
