Fitness trackers already score sleep and steps. CamSoda wants to add one more category.

CamSoda Labs has launched preorders for Uptime, a connected ring and health app worn below the belt, AVN reported. The app produces a daily “Uptime Score” from 0 to 100, with four sub-scores: Performance, Recovery, Consistency and Stamina.

Uptime is about giving men greater visibility into an area of their health that is too often ignored until something feels wrong

That’s CamSoda VP Daryn Parker, who said sexual function “can be closely connected to cardiovascular health, pelvic floor strength and overall wellbeing.” A rep said the device is about “gamifying sex and self-pleasure the same way mainstream trackers turn health goals into progress rings.”

Price and specs

The ring is made of medical-grade silicone, comes in multiple sizes and is said to last up to seven days per charge. It costs $299; the optional Uptime Pro pelvic-floor sensor brings the bundle to $448. CamSoda says preorders ship in Q4 2026.

The health claims are the company’s; the device isn’t described as medically cleared, and AVN’s report doesn’t mention any clinical validation.

The app gives you a score out of 100. Whether to share it with anyone is up to you.
