Lauren Phillips stars with Josh River in “First Impressions Last,” the latest release from the foot-fetish studio, according to a release from The Rub PR published by PVM Chicago on Sept. 28. The setup: Phillips, in a red dress and black heels, is raiding her boyfriend’s kitchen when his son wanders in. She wants to make a good impression. He’s too busy scrolling to notice. She escalates her charm offensive, and the studio’s specialty takes it from there. The scene is streaming now on LoveHerFeet.com.
Phillips was happy with how it all turned out:
“I had a really great time shooting this scene. Josh was a blast to work with, and he really knew his way around my feet. I can’t wait for you to see it.”
Given the studio’s name, that’s about the highest praise a co-star can get.
The business footnote may be the bigger news. The release says Phillips is now self-booking, inviting producers to put her on set “without booking fees” by contacting her directly. For a performer who already directs, that tracks. She created, directed and starred in Adult Time’s “Switch: Leaving Your Mark,” which won Best BDSM Movie or Limited Series at the AVN Awards.
Her trophy shelf is not exactly sparse otherwise. Per the release, she has won MILF Performer of the Year at the XBIZ XMAs, Creator Businessperson of the Year from XBIZ Honors, and a Fan Favorite Female Performer of the Year award from the AltStar Awards, and she was inducted into the NightMoves Hall of Fame in 2020. She started out as a Chaturbate cam model before fans pushed her toward studio work, and she has since been crowned MYLF of the Month twice and named The Pony Ambassador in 2025. The release bills her as the Extreme Ginger, a nickname that sounds like a hot sauce and apparently works as a brand.
Our read: going self-booked is a statement of leverage. Agencies earn their cut by opening doors; a performer with a director’s credit, a business award and a loyal fan base can open her own. Booking a foot-fetish scene with no middleman is a small transaction, but it’s the kind that tells you who’s running the operation.
As for the son in the story, he’ll probably remember to put his phone down next time.
