The performer has signed with OC Modeling for representation, XBIZ reported on Oct. 6. The agency’s owner, Sandra McCarthy, gave the announcement its only quote, and she did not hedge:
“Sasha is absolutely beautiful and has an energy that immediately caught our attention. We’re excited to represent her, introduce her to more directors, and help her continue building her name in the industry.”
That’s the whole announcement, and in this business that counts as a full press tour. Agency signings rarely come with a scene title, a trailer or a feud. They come with one sentence and one quote, and everyone involved hopes the bookings do the rest of the talking.
The paperwork trail backs it up. Tatcha’s profile on OC Modeling’s site is dated Sept. 14 and lists her age as 26.
OC Modeling is no newcomer at this. Its site, including Tatcha’s profile page, advertises that the agency won the first-ever Best Talent Agency award at the 2019 Urban X Awards. An agency with that kind of track record is not a bad place for a newer name to land.
Why it matters, in our read: the line in McCarthy’s quote that matters most isn’t “beautiful.” It’s “introduce her to more directors.” An agency’s real value is the phone calls it can make, and OC Modeling is promising to make them.
