Wisconsin Tiff Was a Surrogate Twice. One Family Stopped Talking to Her After Learning Her Job: ‘Whatever. Whatever.’

In brief: In a Holly Randall Unfiltered clip posted Oct. 13, Wisconsin Tiff said she has been a gestational surrogate twice and an egg donor for gay couples, and that the first family she carried for stopped contacting her in 2022 after learning what she does for work.

Wisconsin Tiff has talked plenty about how her career started. A new clip is about a job that came before it: carrying other people’s babies.

“Wisconsin Tiff Was a Surrogate Mother,” a five-minute clip Holly Randall Unfiltered posted Oct. 13, comes from her full interview with Holly Randall, “From Stay-at-Home Mom to Six Figures a Month.” She told Holly she became a mom at 22 and was “so excited.” She loved being pregnant, she said, so she became a surrogate:

And I was a gestational one, so I wasn’t the biological mom. They used um donor eggs and embryos they created from those donor eggs.

She later carried a second time “for a single guy,” she said, and also did “egg donations too for gay couples.” Her review: “those were fun.” Of the donor-egg kids, she said, “those babies, they look just like me.”

Handing the baby over

Holly asked whether it was hard to hand over a baby she carried. Tiff said she always knew going in “that this was not mine,” adding, “I was so excited to help somebody have a baby.” Some of the parents still keep in touch, she said: “They send me photos here and there and then I’ll send them photos of my family.”

Would she meet the donor-egg kids someday? She said she has never discussed it with the families. They know what she does for work, she said, and she doesn’t want to make anyone uncomfortable.

The family that went quiet

One family did stop answering. “I think the first family that I carried for um when they had found out about what I did, that’s the last time I ever heard from them,” she said. “And that was in 2022.” She said she used to chat with them regularly. They never said why, but she has a feeling it was because “they found out what I do.”

Her verdict: “Which is whatever. Whatever.”

Boundaries, part two

She has also been talking about boundaries elsewhere. On “Building and Boundaries with Wisconsin Tiff,” an episode of the Could Be Pretty Cool podcast with host Kacie Luaders, she talked about stalking, location sharing and fans who treat a creator’s public persona as an invitation, AndersonVision reported Oct. 11. “They say, ‘Well, that’s what you asked for joining the industry,’ and it’s not what I asked for,” she said. “That’s an excuse for you to go against my boundaries.”

In gestational surrogacy, the carrier has no genetic connection to the baby, according to Cleveland Clinic. The surrogacies, egg donations and her contact with the families come from her own account; we haven’t independently confirmed them, and we’re leaving out details about her own children. We covered how she started on OnlyFans to leave her marriage, from the same Holly Randall interview.

For the record, the families who stayed in touch get photos. The one that stopped calling gets “whatever.”
