“I love how regal the trophies are and that fans decide who wins,” said Andrews. “I know we ask a lot of our fans since there’s so much voting year-round, but I appreciate it. It would be fabulous to add this trophy to my collection.”
That middle line deserves a moment. Awards season in adult now runs roughly from January to forever, and Andrews is one of the few nominees to openly acknowledge that fans are being asked to click “vote” more often than they’re asked to update their passwords.
