Marie Dee Made ‘Well Over $100,000’ in Three Months, Then Paid Her Dad Rent for the Office

In brief: Marie Dee told 2 Goons (Oct. 5) she made $8,000 in her first month and “well over $100,000” in three months, starting with no following, and later rented an office from her dad. The figures are her own.

Most people who go viral at the office get a talking-to from HR. Marie Dee was HR, and her dad owned the business.

The creator sat down with hosts Che Durena and JJ Liberman on 2 Goons (“She Went Viral Doing OnlyFans at Her Dad’s Office & The News Called Him for a Comment – Marie Dee,” Oct. 5). Over the episode she laid out how a side hustle became her job, and how her dad ended up as both her landlord and her money mentor.

The skit that reached Dad’s inbox

She said she ran the HR department at a real estate investing company, her dad’s office, and started filming TikTok skits there (0:33). One “got so huge that my dad ended up getting dozens of emails about my Tik Toks,” she said, and “Yahoo News reached out to me” (0:15), along with local stations. She turned the interviews down because the outlets wanted to film them in her dad’s office: “I felt bad cuz my dad was already kind of being swarmed with this stuff.”

Some skits were rage bait by design, she explained: plots about sleeping with co-workers, or her boss secretly dating her mom. She even got her mom to play along. A complaint about some “innocent corporate” reels shot in the conference room led to new house rules. In her telling, the conference room was ruled “off limits.”

Dad had one notable objection of his own. After she had him fake-yell at her for a TikTok that went viral, she said, he worried, “Everybody’s going to think I’m mean” (7:41). Her reply, by her account: “You’re a good guy. I’m gonna let this slide.”

The money

She said she was 27 when she started (10:56) and had “like $300 to my name.” Then the numbers moved fast. “The first month I made $8,000 with like zero following” (15:32). After that:

after three months, I had made well over $100,000. three months with no social media following.

She broke the news by the corporate coffee machine (9:57): “Dad, I have $100,000 and I don’t know what to do. I’m scared.” He was “blown away,” she said, and she ended up hiring his CPA, “who I still have to this day” (10:19). About a year later the office skits “took me to the next level,” she said, and she was making “like 300,000 a month” (15:47).

The lease

When she finally quit, she didn’t leave the building. “Eventually, when I quit, I had to I paid my dad to rent my office there,” she said (8:11), so she could keep filming skits. “And he did let me, so bless him for that.” She described him as protective: when someone confronted her parents at a local bar about her work, “my dad almost punched them in the face cuz he’s a real one” (34:38).

Every detail above, including the earnings figures, the Yahoo News contact and the office rental, comes from Marie Dee’s own account on the show. We found no independent report that confirms or contradicts them. Her office-themed videos are public on her TikTok (@mariedee.co), and the 2 Goons episode description repeats her version: the news “called her dad directly.”

So the HR head became a tenant and Dad became a landlord, with the same CPA keeping the books. Somewhere there’s a lease with the most awkward “permitted use” clause ever written.
